Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 celery stick, thinly sliced diagonally
- 1 red pepeer, cored, seeded, and thinly sliced
- 1 slice fresh root ginger, peeled and finely shredded, to garnish
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sesame see oil
Method:
- Place the sliced celery and red pepper in a large pan of boiling salted water for 2 minutes only. Drain, rinse in cold water until cool and drain again. Arrange on a serving plate.
- Mix together the ingredients for the dressing. Pour over the celery and red pepper and toss lightly. Garnish with shredded ginger and serve.
